We are looking for a Balance Game Designer to work remotely on an Unreal Engine game project for a major international publisher.
Role:
Calculating and adjusting the balance of game mechanics in the product
Evaluating the current balance, optimizing and/or improving it
Write thorough and complete feature documentation
Requirements:
Experience as a Balance Game Designer - 2+ years
Elaborate experience in Unreal Engine
Experience in balancing game mechanics
Solid knowledge of mathematical analysis and probability theory
Knowledge of metrics of game analytics
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
